Ingredients:
2 celery stalks diced
1/2 can of crab meat
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2.5 tbsp mayo
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
extra virgin olive oil
4 flounder filets
Half a stick of garlic herb butter (Click here for dairy-free!)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the diced celery, crab meat, onion powder, black pepper, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce.
Take each flounder filet and place a spoonful of the mixture on one side of the filet.
Fold over the filet, enclosing the mixture inside.
Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the stuffed flounder and sprinkle with paprika.
Place the stuffed flounder on a greased baking dish and top each one with a slice of garlic herb butter or melt the garlic herb butter.
Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
